Perfect Optical Vortex to Produce Controllable Spot Array

The perfect optical vortex has successfully aroused substantial interest from researchers for its central dark hollow caused by spatial phase singularity in recent years. However, the traditional methods of combining axicon and helical to generate lead an additional focus deviation tightly focused systems. Here, we report a multi-foci integration (MFI) method produce accumulating finite number foci focal plane overcome deviation. Furthermore, based on MFI, superposed two vortices obtain spot array with controllable distribution spots. This work deepens our knowledge about facilitates new potential applications. micromanipulated experimental results agree well theoretical simulation. field provides opportunities direct laser writing, tweezers, communications, storage.
